A ritual is a very powerful way to say "I love you". Notice how you felt when you saw the funeral procession for the Pope or the last Royal Wedding – the color, the music, the overall feeling of magnificence. Rituals and ceremonies are occasions that speak to us at some ancient, cellular level. COMMITMENT - What does that mean?
